Weekend away at Commonground

This weekend stands out in all our memories as one of utter bliss and delight. Some of us nubies felt it important to revisit the vision, mission and values established prior to our joining. Not to alter them, as they had been the cornerstones that had attracted us in the first place, but to understand how others interpreted them too and get a sense of what they meant to us collectively.

 Phil hosted us at the community, Commonground (near Seymour), and facilitated fabulous workshops guided by our need. It was dreamy hot summer weather and exceptionally good company. Enhanced by the endless array of gourmet food and beverages organised by our Social Working Group and prepared with sincere love by our community. Not to mention the fun games, trampolining, cool dips in the dam, oh, and the sharing flourish of our own professional artist in residence, Eleni Rivers!
