Researching financial models

We realised that the group of people who made up the Coup were involved in the residential design and construction industry but not one individual has real working knowledge of the financial aspects of this project. We decided that we needed to enlist the help of financial professionals. We wanted a range of legal and financial models to be explained in plain English and then a recommendation based on the opportunities these models provide to the Urban Coup. The recommendation was also to be sufficiently detailed to enable us as a group of financial leymen to make decisions.
