Researching feasibility

Whilst we were enjoying sitting around discussing stuff around the kitchen table over glasses of red, we knew we needed to leverage this thing if we were to make it happen. Andrew brought news from his extensive travels and learning from international cohousing communities that (among other things!) the ideal number to form a cohousing community was about 30 households.

After a quick rally round of our friends and families we decided that we needed to go bigger. We needed a Prospectus to attract a few more members!
