Incorporation

Gaining incorporation (confirmed on 10^th June 2010) was as satisfying a process as it was difficult. In opting to draft our own constitution – and to not adopt the Department of Justice’s template – we embarked on a 12 month (plus) journey involving countless meetings, phone calls, emails, consultations, and brain-numbing discussions on how to account for all conceivable needs and eventualities. So, to look at, our constitution’s nothing special: but to me it’s a reminder of how people with very different abilities, viewpoints, specialities, and temperaments can join together and create something to be proud of.
