CONFLICT RESOLUTION GUIDELINES

Whilst we hope we will not need them, we figured it’s a bit like braving the surf at Gunamatta. We had several members genuinely interested in throwing around some ideas within a working group but it was after some months of them taking a lesser priority, that Paras finally carried them over the line to community consensus.

The Urban Coup Conflict Resolution Guidelines are a fabulous mix of preventative measures (learn to swim), non-violent communication protocols (stay out of the rips and swim between the flags) and serious teeth (“Lifeguard! Lifeguard!”). We haven’t had anyone drown yet.
