COMMUNICATIONS PROTOCOL
With a website and a decision making process nailed, a communications protocol was just a formality really. It would serve to bolt on other policies and procedures as they came along. Very bureaucratic, but communication is such a complex and vital thing in a large group like ours where decisions are perpetually forming precedent.
