Committing to legal and financial models

Mental note to self: in my next life talk to accountants, lawyers and property conveyances at parties lots about what exactly they do. Don’t glaze over; it’s really interesting and NECESSARY! This is the stuff that is not available on the world wide wobbly thing and too complex to understand by buying a copy ofLegal and Financial Models for Dummies.

Thank goodness for the help of Tony Kidd, of Communities Australia, a lawyer in a past life and bloody generous ‘good bloke’. He drip fed us pertinent information as we were ready for it and quickly got us to the point of being ready to approach the expensive guys with some semblance of understanding.
